Established in 2015, Christ College of Engineering (CCE) is managed by Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI) and holds recognition from AICTE, New Delhi. Christ College of Engineering courses include B.Tech programmes in 5 disciplines: civil engineering, computer science and engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, electronics and communication engineering and mechanical engineering. 

Candidates need to have at least 45% total marks in 10+2. They should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their intermediate education. Admission to the CCE Thrissur B.Tech courses is through an entrance examination- Kerala Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Entrance Exam (KEAM), conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE). The placement cell of Christ Engineering College oversees all the placement-related activities and organises campus recruitment drives. Some of the major companies that have recruited students of CCE Thrissur are Cognizant, Robosoft, Amazon, Experian, Tata, Cameron and others. Scholarships are offered to students who have valid KEAM ranks. 

CCE Thrissur is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram and offers technical courses at the undergraduate level in the stream of engineering and architecture. Many facilities like boys hostel, girls hostel,  sports, cafeteria, auditorium, IT infrastructure, swimming pool, library, etc are provided by the college. Christ College of Engineering has clubs and committees like NSS, EnvoTech Club, CCE Kitchen, Media Club, Robotics Club, Game Development Society, Science Society and others.

The college is located at Christ College Road, Irinjalakuda, Kerala. There are several modes of transport to reach Christ College of Engineering.
