The College of Agriculture, Dharwad was established in 1947 located at Dharwad is one of the constituent College of University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. It is a well-renowned agricultural university situated in Karnataka, India and it was formed more than seven decades earlier. The college recognized by the Indian Council for Agricultural Research, ICAR is one of the finest, which provides vast numbers of courses in various fields of agriculture. The college currently admits 2,005 students apart from having a faculty member of 88, thus creating a conducive atmosphere for students who wishes to become agriculturists.
The campus as a whole has good infrastructure in terms of academic and administrative facilities accompanied by proper infrastructure facilities for students. B.Sc Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation: A specialized degree focusing on commerce aspects of agriculture, admission criteria are more or less similar to those of the B.Sc Agriculture (Hons) program, with emphasis on the candidates' aptitude for agricultural economics and marketing.
