24 MonthsDiploma in Organic Agriculture is a one-year full-time diploma course offered by Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur. Diploma in Organic Agriculture course with a duration of 2 years (four semesters) is offered at College of Agriculture, Vellayani, Thiruvananthapuram on cost sharing basis. Organic Agriculture course will impart knowledge and proficiency in organic production practices and certification process, handling, storage and labeling of organic products and to promote self employment and income generation to the educated youth.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate who have passed Plus Two or recognized equivalent examination with a minimum of aggregate 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology are eligible. SEBC & PwD candidates with 45% marks are eligible. SC/ST candidates need only a pass in the qualifying examination.
