Wayanad Kennan College of Agriculture is the constituent college established in the year of 2018 at Ambalawayal, Kerala. Thus, this is relatively young institution which has grown to be an essential institute for offering agricultural learning in the region. The college is located in a campus comprising of 93.17 hectare of land and provides the study and research environment the college offers for agriculture. It offers total student enrolment of 120 and the faculty members of the college are 40 so the college has good student-teacher ratio which would provide personal attention towards the students.

It most conveniently possesses various adequate facility to meet its academic programmes. The library is the source of information through which students are in contact with a broad variety of agricultural literature and research data. At present, modern and convenient laboratory settings provide students with practical knowledge regarding different nuances of the agricultural science field.
