The College of Engineering and Technology, North Maharashtra Knowledge City, Jalgaon was established in the year 2011. It is an affiliated college located in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. This institution has its campus on a spacious  10-acre land and is approved by AICTE. This institution offers a wide variety of courses in the engineering discipline at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with a total of 7 courses across 2 degree levels. With the present student enrollment of 328 and a faculty strength of 22, the institution always maintains a very favorable student-to-teacher ratio. The institution offers undergraduate and diploma programs in different branches of engineering that accommodating to the changing needs of the technical education sector.

The institution has various modern facilities to make the learning process of its students more fulfilling. These campuses have well-furnished laboratories for all departments to offer practice work in subjects related to power electronics, power system, and control system. A comprehensive library with large collection of reference books and e-journals support students in their academic pursuits. There are also sports facilities, including a large ground, the overall development of the students. The College has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls within the campus premises to assure a comfortable stay for out-of-town students.

College of Engineering and Technology offers a total of 7 courses in both full-time B.Tech programs and diploma courses. While the former are four-year programs, the latter are three-year programs. All the courses put together take in a total of 328 students. The B.Tech programs also extend to Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, each with an intake of 30 students. The diploma courses include Civil Engineering, which has 60 seats, and Electrical and Mechanical Engineering with 30 seats each.

The admission process for B.Tech programs at the College of Engineering and Technology is based on either the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test scores or the Joint Entrance Examination Main Paper I scores. The above-mentioned competitive examinations test aptitude in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, thereby making sure that students getting admission possess a good grasp of the above basic subjects. The college accepts applications from students appearing for either of the examinations, hence making the admission process flexible.
