Craft Development Institute, Srinagar is one of the affiliated colleges which was started in the year 2004 at the beautiful city of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. This specific institute is meant to revitalize craft heritage of the region and at the same time encourage the attributes of enterprising and managing skills among craft persons. CDI is a small private institution operating on a 4 acre campus and the college delivers both, the traditional craft of hands on learning and the liberal business management. At present, CDI is only offering one postgraduate programme, which proves that it is devoted to continued specialisation in the management of crafts.
