CSI College of Commerce, Dharwad was starting in 1973 this is a renowned educational institution at Hosayellapur, Dharwad of Karnataka state. This affiliated college subscribed for MBA and MCA programs under commerce and computer application streams and is NAAC accredited. This multi-campus college is spread over 3 acres of land with total strength of 972 students and 22 faculties. CSI College of Commerce provides three full-time degree programmes: Post Graduate courses include MBA, MCA, M.Sc., M.Com, Diploma and PG Diploma pertaining to both graduate and post graduate standards B.Com, BCA and M.Com. It boasts of a cosmopolitan student population as 56% of the population is female while the 44% make up male students.

The college similarly provides several facilities that will improve the learning of the college students. This reliable and efficient storehouse of information is regarded as the central nerve of any academic institution and is staffed with various printed and electronic materials such as books, displayed or bound periodicals and magazines, electronic data resources and others. Total seating capacity of this design is 150 students, with different designs for faculty and female students. The college has a well equipped computer lab/ICT with a total of sixty-three computer to enhance the students’ ICT skills. Every sports lover has access to various ground for indoor games and a good gymnasium for the students of the college. The college has also special has produced over 345 University Blues and has hosted over 50 sporting events on behalf of the university.

Altogether, CSI College of Commerce, Dharwad offers a total of three course which are all fulltime. These include two undergraduate programmes (B.Com and BCA) and one post graduate programme (M.Com). It has a total student intake of 972 and the fact that it capped its student of numbers demonstrates that is trying to offer quality education to as many people as possible. Though, college does not report a number of students who graduated from the latest year, the college provides quality education and skill set regarding any student’s possible further impact into the society.
