CT Institute of Hotel Management, Jalandhar is an affiliated college that helps to develop talents in the hospitality industry. Shahpur, Punjab based co–educational institute offering exclusive course in hotel management and hospitality. Being a young institution, however, it is Owned and Managed by thirteen Professional Qualified Faculty Members in the Campus, that offer/expose the students to the latest techniques and methodologies, in the stream of Hotel Management.

The institute equipped with a range of amenities and organizational features with advanced facilities in order to improve the teaching and learning environment for the learners. The library remains a resourceful one as it has over 50,000 books, which narrows down in Science, Engineering, & Technology fields, corners each. It also obtains number of National and International journal and magazines both in print as well as in online editions to make the student familiar with the recent trends of the industry. The IT infrastructure is well developed as well and includes modern technology that corresponds to the tendencies in computerization. Current networking technologies and licensed soft wares are used to enhance student understanding of the technological environment in the modern hotel industry.

CT Institute of Hotel Management currently offers one full-time course: Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. Since this is a three-year program, the approved intake per year is 60 students, which means the College Group offers specialised and compact study setting. This course aims at instilling in the students general information and skills that are essential in the hospitality industry and particularly in the hotel industry, in aspects of hotel management and administration. 

The admission to CT Institute of Hotel Management is under the control of the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology. The candidates who wish to join the council affiliated universities need to write Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Thus, a strict procedure working in parallel with the goal of choosing the best and most dedicated candidates for the program is set in place. NCHM JEE, National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination is accepted for admission at the institute so as to bring admissions in par for the institute join force of hospitality education in the country.
