CVM College of Pharmacy which commenced from the academic year 2009 is an affiliated college situated in Velichala, Karimnagar, Telangana. With PCI approval, the institute confers a variety of pharmaceutical courses on its 3-acre of land. CVM College of Pharmacy has a total student enrolment capacity of 135 and total faculty of 61 that makes it a specialised college. Currently, the college delivers its 7 programmes at three levels of tertiary education; additionally, it specializes in diverse areas of pharmacy learning. CVM College of Pharmacy, Karimnagar, is known for diverse pharmacy courses. The admission procedure at CVM College of Pharmacy is one where deserving candidates are selected based on a standardized entrance examination. For undergraduate programs, admission is given on the basis of the results of the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET). The exam for this year is generally conducted in late April, and the next exam will be conducted on April 28 and 29 in the year 2025. TS EAMCET is an online examination meant for Agriculture and Pharmacy programs.
Postgraduate admissions are done on the basis of the Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET). Generally, it is held in the middle of June, with the next one being on June 15-18 in the year 2025, and this shall be an offline examination. Eligibility criteria generally require that a candidate should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as major subjects for undergraduate programs, whereas for postgraduate programs fresh graduates in Pharmacy or related fields from any recognized university are eligible.

Degree wise Admission Process
B.Pharma: B.Pharma at CVM College of Pharmacy has sanctioned intake of 100 seats. Admission for this course is done on the basis of performance in TS EAMCET conducted by the State Government of Telangana. The college considers these standardized test scores for fair and competitive selection of candidates.
Pharm.D: An additional 30 seats are made available by the college for Pharm.D. However, no considered admissions criteria have been mentioned; it is presumed, though, that admissions are based on TS EAMCET scores just like B.Pharma.
