Dadhimati Mahila Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya is a women’s teacher training college situated in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan and was started in 2012. This college is a private institution situated at a campus measuring 3 acres and is preparing future education professionals. The institute is recognised with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) which means it follows the national standard for teacher education. Today, it has a student population of 108, and a total of 19 teaching faculty which gives the college a rather personal touch. 

College has several facility installations which aim at improving the learning process and more so the students’ personality. Immense importance is given to the concept of an educational library as a collection of informational sources which is critical for future teachers. The institution is aware of health wise and thus provides sporting,Gym facilities for the students to keep fit and healthy. To adapt to the current digital world, the college has complied strong infrastructure in terms of IT facilities. In the computer lab there are 10 computers with broadband internet connection to make certain that the students can use computers in their work. A common friendly facility within a school is the facility for academic and cultural functions; which is an auditorium that can be used for seminars, workshop and students’ performances. The college also avails a girls’ hostel for out-station students to enable them live comfortably in the institution. Further, there is a guest room/waiting room for the guest faculties and family members as the institution cares about their comfort.

The Dadhimati Mahila Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya currently teaches two regular course on teacher education. Both these programmes are two year long and equip their learners with necessary knowledge and practices of educational theory and practice. The throughput for both courses is one hundred and two hundred respectively as an indication of the ability of the institution in preparing a large number of conveys each year. To this end, these programs are designed to education students with knowledge and skills in teaching in order to meet the increasing need for qualified teachers in the region.

Admissions to Dadhimati Mahila Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya institution are transparent and holistic. In both cases for B.Ed & D.El.Ed admission are open based on merit mean on the percentage of marks secured in the qualifying examinations. Further, the college may also accepted exam scores of various entrance tests, or any other selection procedures that may be enforced by the state government of Rajasthan and/or the affiliated university.
