At Daita Sriramulu Hindu College of Law, admission is almost completely based on Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET), which is a compulsory examination for aspiring students who want to enroll for an LLB course.

The college usually schedules its admission process to commence in accordance with the AP LAWCET schedule each academic year. The first step for prospective students is to take the AP LAWCET, held by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. The test is generally taken in either May or June, and results are typically released by July.
