Dakshin Kesri Muni Mishrilalji Homoeopathic Medical College offers 8 courses in total, all full-time programs. BHMS is its flagship course, with 100 seats. The cohabitant also offers 7 different postgraduate MD programs in different homeopathic specializations. These specializations include the Practice of Medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Materia Medica, Organon of Medicine and Philosophy, Repertory, and Pharmacy.

Applicants to BHMS must have a passed record in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Similarly, at the postgraduate level, one has to clear the NEET-PG examination.
