Darunnujoom College of Arts and Science, Perambra: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Most of educational institutions in Kozhikode include Darunnujoom College of Arts and Science established in 2012, Perambra, Kozhikode Kerala. Established in 1954, the college occupies a 10 acre land, and presently the college offers several undergraduate courses in arts and sciences disciplines. The college takes a total of 528 students with a faculty of 29 faculty members which makes Darunnujoom College apt for scholars’ learning. Currently the institution is offering 7 courses under 4 degree programmes in order to meet requests in different academic fields and occupations.

Mr. Banaag said that the college features several facilities to support and transform students’ learning styles. The well-equipped library makes it easy for the students and the staffs as a knowledge center to provide books and other source of knowledge centre of excellence. To support this method of learning, the college has departmental laboratory where students can practically learn what they are taught. It is also aware of the significance of physical activity and provides for sporting amenities for the purpose of health enhanced among learners.

Darunnujoom College of Arts and Science has introduced a total of seven full time undergraduate programmes. These programmes are intended to equip the students with adequate knowledge in their areas of specialisation and to create in them qualities of professional ,and educational advancement to the graduate level. The college focuses on academic excellence and skill development, thus preparing the learners for their next course of action in their careers despite the fact that data on the number of college graduates in the latest year is lacking.
