It also helps them to develop their life skills as well as the technical skills required by the companies. The cell of DN College builds a relationship with many reputed companies and fills the gap between the organisations and students. It ensures that the maximum number of students grab employment opportunities. The cell also conducts various workshops, mock interviews, soft skills, communicative skills, personality development programmes, corporate culture/etiquette and leadership skills programmes for the students which help them for the placement drive. • The Placement Cell of Dayanand College invites the companies for placement drive by sending an email.
• Companies interested for campus placements contact the cell and a schedule is decided with mutual agreement depending on the availability.
• Students who are interested in the recruitment drive can register and submit their resumes.
• Companies will deliver a pre-placement talk and then shortlist the resumes of the students according to their requirements. 
• Shortlisted candidates have to qualify the written round and then they will have to appear from Group Discussion where they express their views and opinion on a particular topic given by the recruiters.
• After qualifying the Group Discussion round, candidates have to qualify the personal interview round for the final selection.
