For general category it would mostly cost around 4-5 lakhs and your tuition and hostel fees would be extra. Because it depends on your demands and the college's you select.

CMR institute of technology

Nitte Minakshi institute of technology

Dayanand Sagar institute of technology etc.

With branches like civil and chemical engineering. You can also go for CSE branch there.

I think you will get a seat in dayanandsagar University because last year the last rank that got seat in dayan and sagar University is 52089. But for your rank of 8027 you can easily get CSE in the dayanand sagar University. Please do comment for more doubts.

You might not get DSCE for sure. But there are less chances of getting of getting PES.
