For the purpose of the current paper the chosen college is Dayaram Verma Mahavidyalaya affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, situated in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh offering education in teacher training. Affiliated to the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE, now teacher education, Govt. of India), the college has introduced and currently imparts two professional courses in education. Dayaram Verma Mahavidyalaya offers a quality education for those who want to make a difference as educators The faculty of the college comprises of 16 members.
