Greetings!

  • For llb ,  you need to give entrance examinations like Clat for which you need a graduation degree with 45% marks (40% for reserved category) is the basic qualification required.
  • In case of of prestigious universities like DU and BHU, you require minimum 50% marks while universities like Kurukshetra, Rohtak, Meerut require only 45% marks in graduation.
  • There's no upper age limit for llb , one just needs to be at least 17 years old or more to be eligible.

So with 40 % marks you will be eligible for llb only if you belong to reserved category and in case if you belong to general category then you are not eligible for llb.
