DSPA has been established in 2011 and is a premier institute of planning and architecture situated in Hyderabad, Telangana. This affiliated college institute got recognised by the council of architecture and serves the purpose of the specialised education in architecture. DSPA is a college situated on a small plot of land its tent is 7 acres and enrolment is 174 students. Student/Faculty ratio remains satisfactory within the institute, with 12 dedicated faculties as part of the A. E. Nothing is better than quality education along with students focusing adequately with their teachers.

DSPA has a variety of facilities that support the learning process of the students. This college library thereby offers various sources of architectural books and references for the students to read from. For large assemblies and or academic functions, the college has an adequately endowed auditorium. DSPAs flagship programme is the Bachelor of Architecture which is offered through the school.
