The funds being provided to the college are being misused by the college officials for their own use. The infrastructure is very poor and horrible. Apart from that there is nothing to explore and see. The seats are broken and nothing new is there. No gyms or play grounds just pathetic situations everywhere. The college is a Central Government college but what happens is that the funds come up to the college and are being digested by the college officials itself. I would not recommend anyone.
Old and Orthodox course that are none of any use. These courses are so old that they can make u a pimp or a mechanic. But nothing else, Dont waste your time for placements just focus on masters or other Gov exams.
Extremely poor, take admission only if you want to be a jobber or a mechanic. There is no any top notch company despite of the fact that this is a central government college. Only maruti suzuki is the best company.
it is a total loss of money. It is better to do bsc from a local college from nearby areas. This degree is a total waste of time and the college officials are complete idiots in terms of grooming students.
Boring and poor campus life!!!!! Why to go to a campus like hell. No any use to visit it and do waste your time here. Rather work on your skills and become a freelancer to earn more. The college wont help you.
Delhi Institute Of Tool Engineering , Okhla has provided basic facilities and equipments but many things and resources are not there. For eg:- No proper sports area or equipments . The cleanliness is not upto the mark ,Classes are renovated recently but lighting and fan do not work properly.
As the name suggests it offers Tool engineering and also engineering in mechatronics both are unique courses offered and the colleges is affiliated to GGSIPU , which is renowned University in the country. Permanent faculty is less in number so the course is completed with the help of guest faculties with average teaching and quality and understanding.
The placement records for tool engineering students is highly exceptional and even shown placements more than 90% but it's also true the package offered is not that great , which is approximately average of 1.5- 2 lakhs per annum. Maruti offers highest salary package of 8 lakhs per annum .
The current fees of the btech course after 2018 is ₹72,000 per year which was ₹60,000 earlier. Keeping in mind the course is engineering and offered by a government college affiliated to IPU the fees is acceptable and can give you good outcome .
A important point for those who are searching college . The campus life is not at all enriching and enjoying. The sports opportunity , no place to relax and enjoy and nothing exciting to see. But you also get time to enjoy using your friend circle. The location is highly connected and transport is there.
The overall experience of the college is academic centric . If you are not social much the college will be fine . Student involved in cultural and sport activities have minimum resources . The degree provided comes from a known source and has it's importance . The college fees is pocket friendly and scholarships are also provided . Campus do not has any hostel but paying guest options are easily available nearby.
Hello Aspirant,
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
