DTTC or Delhi Teacher’s Training College was founded in 2000 and is a leading Institute of higher learning situated at New Delhi India. This affiliated college, recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), offers teacher education. Located at 340 - Deenpur, Bijwasan Road, Najafgarh, the college occupies a small area of 1 acre of land. It is a co-educational institution therefore students of all genders are accepted. The college also has a small student body with a 182 students enrolment and faculty of 20 teachers which makes the college to provide personalised attention to its students.
The college provides many amenities to help improve the learning environment of the students. The library which is important branch of any academic institution stores 6005 books and offers student with separate reading hall where one hundred students can sit at once. For health and wellness, DTTC also keeps a health centre with first aid facilities. There is an excellent IT facilities of the college; 21 fully functional computer systems are available for digital learning and research. Facilities include badminton courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and others, while the indoor facilities are badminton, kho-kho, chess, carom, etc. It equally has facilities such as an auditorium for concerts and seminars, practical laboratories ,and even a canteen for snacks. Sufficient parking space has been provided to accommodate faculty, staff and students. DTTC also has well developed relationship with alumni through efficient alumni associations all over the country.
At present, Delhi Teacher's Training College offers one primary course, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. This is a full-time course, which takes two years and has an approved capacity of Direct Entry students of one hundred. The B.Ed programme has been designed in such a way that it provides knowledge, skills and required practical trainings for shaping the teacher profession
The admission policy at Delhi Teacher’s Training College also follows the policy of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Prospective students will be required to write the Common Entrance Test organized by GGSIP. It also provides standard means of selecting the candidates of the B.Ed programme in a fair and merit basis.

Infrastructure of the college needs to maintained properly. There are enough classes room available but they are not utilised properly. Labs are also not used properly. They have enough space and resources available but they don't utilise it properly.
