The constituent college of Uttar Pradesh, India is a Department of Business administration which is located at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly established in the year 1987. The given co-educational institution is reaccend by AICTE,which creates a proper educational institution to impart education in the field of business administration. Currently, the department has developed a broad array of ducational services, which consist of five courses in three levels of management studies. The department has faculty strength of 3 members that make a humble attempt to produce all round business education the students of University. 

The Department of Business Administration has established a number of amenities for the learners within the department. The college library which has been a many-faceted development process is located in a specially built building which was inaugurated in 1997 and reconstructed in 2005. It contains a number of resources and it is worked by an Honorary Librarian with the help of other employees. Also there is cafeteria on the campus to get refreshment and spend time together for students. There Visitors and guests’ facilities in the University include a well-furnished Guest house following the Motto – Athithi Devo Bhava. For the accommodation of students, the campus has provided both the hostels standard for boys and those for girls. Also, for the financial requirements of the campus there is a branch of Union Bank of India is also established and there are adequate ATM booths providing ATM facilities of union bank of India. 

As at now, the department has 5 courses recognized as full time, part time and research in Nursing. The course offerings include one full-time program and contain four full time programs and one part time program. The programmes offered are MBA, MBA (Marketing), BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies), and Ph.D. in Business Administration Full time and MBA part-time. Altogether of the courses with available information is 210 with 60 for MBA, MBA Marketing, BMS while the part time MBA has 30. 

Out of all the programs offered at the university, the admission process into the Department of Business Administration has its unique way. For the BMS program, there is no direct admission, the students are rewarded based on performance in exams with admissions being based on merit. The Ph.D. program in Business Administration is even more competitive as it takes students based on University Entrance Examination or NET / JRF or other fellowships only. However, for other programs such as MBA and MBA Marketing, admission processes per se are not elaborated, hence, they may use entrance examination results, past academic achievement and possibly interviews and group discussion as used by other management programs.
