The Department of Management, Gulbarga University, Gulbarga was set up in the year 1980 as one of the constituent institutions which is committed and working for providing quality management education. This co-educational department is situated at Kalaburagi, Karnataka and is a part of the Gulbarga University which has offers of different management programmes. It is recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) which defines the quality of education in the department. Combine with having only two professors the department can focus on each student thus enhancing the educational process and achievement.

The Department of Management, Gulbarga University, has got various amenities of a modern University for its managing academic activities. The university’s Central Academic Computer Centre is responsible for providing IT solutions for most of also offers students the basic requirements of computing and information processing as well as necessary exposures to the internet for the various academic departments. The curriculum of the department is based on theoretical approach enriched with practical experiences of the students for leadership positions in the various sectors of the economy.
