B.A. (Bachelor of Arts): DAGC provides a good number of B.A. programs with eight specializations. Some of these specializations are B.A. (Hons) in Bengali, Political Science, History, Arabic, English, Sanskrit, Philosophy, and Geography. The admission into B.A. programs is subject to the candidate's performance at the 10+2 exam. The intake approved differs depending on the different specializations ranging from 60 seats for Geography Hons to 150 seats for Bengali, Political Science, History, Arabic, and English Hons.
B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science): The college offers B.Sc. courses with specializations in Food and Nutrition, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics. B.Sc. course admissions are competitive and on the basis of the candidate's 10+2 marks, especially in science subjects. The sanctioned intake for the majority of B.Sc. courses is 40 seats, while Food and Nutrition Hons has 50 seats.
General Courses: Along with the honors programs, DAGC also provides general B.A. and B.Sc. courses to students who don't want specialization in the curriculum.
