Dhanalakshmi College of Nursing, Kannur, Tamilnadu, was established in 2010, which is one of the reputed colleges in nursing education situated in kerala, India. This affiliated college is set on 4 acres of land and is approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). The institute runs two nursing programmes for specialised learners ; the institution admits a total of 183 learners and is manned by a team of 20 talented faculty. Dhanalakshmi College of Nursing aims to serve as an institution to promote nursing, education and research through the quality and excellence as our hallmark of nursing education.

Dhanalakshmi College of Nursing's hostels are secure with supply of power and water throughout the day and night as well as provision of study tables with wireless facility. Other facilities include a health centre, a cafeteria, a hall, a gym, and play grounds which enhances the full term student life.

Dhanalakshmi College of Nursing offers two full-time nursing programmes: Both the Basic B.Sc Nursing and General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
