Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Arts and Science for Women, briefly known as DSCAS and was founded in 1996, is an affiliated and self-financed women’s college in Perambalur, Tamil Nadu. Having received accreditation from NAAC, the institute is AICTE approved and focuses on the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including such as… Located on a 25-acre land, DSCAS has a total student population of 2789 students. The college has master facilities of 183 and has 41 courses in total for 14 degrees. DSCAS is much popular for its selective area of operation in arts, science, and commerce streams, for girls alone.
Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Arts and Science for women offers a set of essentials that aims at improving the learning experience of learners. The campus holds a library formed of more than 4,268 reference books, air-conditioned reading facilities, and the e-journals. For accommodation, the DSCAS currently provides a hostel for girl students. The college is committed to health care by having a medical centre for first aid services to its members. Amenities have been provided for students to make necessary exercise and body build up. The campus has state of the art of technological requirements and connectivity, establishing a technologically advanced learning environment. For the purpose of this study DSCAS has provided a broad menu of academic programmes. It offers fourteen undergraduate courses and these are BA English, BBA, BCA, B.Sc Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science etc. At the postgraduate level, the college offers thirteen programmes of MBA, MCA and several M.Sc. In addition, DSCAS offers M.Phil programmes in six fields and Ph.D. programmes in Commerce, Tamil, and Microbiology. The college also provides two programme PG Diploma courses.

Infrastructure makes our mode as pleasure to live here. It is good one here. There are 3 additional food courts and one main food court is available here for the students. A greatest library with most of foreign authorized reference books. Sports clubs are available here for the sports students to achieve more and more.
