Dharamjeevi Institute of Professional Education, Kurukshetra, was started in the year 2005 in Haryana, India. This affiliated college is approved by NCTE and specialises in rendering adequate education in the teaching field. The institute sprawls over a compact 4-acre campus and provides an apt environment for learning and growth. With the current enrolment of 97 students, and the faculty strength of 6, it has managed to maintain a very favourable student-teacher ratio, ensuring personalised attention and guidance.

Dharamjeevi instituteof Professional Education has a host of facilities that are aimed at enriching the overall educational experience of its students. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls that make for a comfortable living system for students coming from outside the town. The library is well-equipped with a capacity of 50 students to sit and 8,281 books in stock, which is very functional for academics. There is a computer laboratory within the institute that can accommodate 12 students at a time, thus providing the students with the much-required technological facilities. There is also a gym available inside the campus for students who take interest in physical fitness. Other facilities include sports facilities, cafeteria facilities, an auditorium for events and seminars, and a transport facility to help students commute in the city.

Dharamjeevi Institute of Professional Education offers, at the moment, only one full-time course: the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program. The B.Ed course aims to orient students to be competent professionals in the field of education and help them develop the values and competencies needed to inculcate an integrated personality in the children whom they would handle in their future careers as teachers. Since the institute has focused on only one course, it can pursue a really specialised and in-depth approach in terms of teacher training.

Admission is strictly based on merit, against the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination of Dharamjeevi Institute of Professional Education.The Admission Policy adopted by the State Government, Union Territory Administration, and the affiliated University shall be followed in the institutes.
