Digboi College, Tinsukia, established in 1965 in Assam, India; an affiliated co-ed college offering various undergraduate programmes spread over a campus of 25 acres and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, building a special identity in higher education in this region. The enrolment comes from 1,443 students, while 77 faculty members lend strength to the college, thus maintaining a perfect ratio for student-teacher belonging with quality and personalised interaction.

Adequate facilities are available at the Digboi College, ensuring that the college is well-equipped to be part of the holistic learning process. The college has a central well-furnished library with 39,000 books that impart a wealth of knowledge to diversified learnings. It also has state-of-the-art laboratories very conducive to practical learning, especially for the students studying science. Currently, Digboi College runs with as many as be 29 courses under 7-degree programmes all of which deal with essentially undergraduate education. The institution offers both undergraduate full-time courses under Arts, Science, and Commerce streams. Notable among these, the Bachelor of Arts Programme has 430 seats, and the Bachelor of Science Programme has 265 seats. The college also offers specialised majors in a number of subjects that include Assamese, Economics, Political Science, Physics, Chemistry and Zoology, also it offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) and a Diploma in Wildlife Conservation, these being services to students more likely to venture into specialised fields of study. 

Admission to Digboi College is only on a merit basis as per the rules as stipulated by the Admission Committees. The college follows the reservation policy prescribed by the government with regard to the availability of seats.
