The majority of the recruitment that takes place is essentially for college academic and support staff roles. Honestly, more industry-based placements and internship schemes would actually come in very handy. If the college begins providing those, it'll certainly get students exposed to real-world experience and gain a better understanding of how things work outside the classroom.
