Donyi Polo Government College, Kamki, is one of the top institutions of learning in West Siang, Arunachal Pradesh. This  institution began in 1996 as an integral part of its co-educational campus and has taught young minds for over two decades.  At present, a total of 859 students benefit from quality education through instruction by a committed faculty of 31 members. DPGC offers 6 courses across 5 degrees, all on the arts and commerce streams.

At the very centre of Donyi Polo Government College lies its well-stocked library. Sportsmen are given a general ground for football, cricket, and track events, including volleyball courts, a UGC-sponsored swimming pool, and a basketball court. The college auditorium becomes an arena for literary activities, seminars, and cultural competitions. DPGC also believes in the use of technology in the process of education and facilitates internet connectivity and basic computer education in its IT Cell. 

Donyi Polo Government College encompasses a wide range of academic programmes to cover diverse interests and aspirations of the students. It offers 6 full-time courses, to wit undergraduate and postgraduate. For the undergraduate level, the students can either opt for a BA or a Bachelor of Commerce degree. For those aspirants interested in Political Science, the college presents specialised programmes such as BA Political Science with Research and BA Political Science (Hons). DPGC also offers the postgraduate MA in Political Science and Postgraduate Diploma, PGD in Political Science at the postgraduate level.
