Established in the year 2009, Doon Valley College of Education, Karnal, is among the top-rated teacher educational institutes of Sector 17, outside Jundla Gate, Karnal, Haryana. This co-educational institute is an affiliated college with prior approval from NCTE, New Delhi.

Doon Valley College of Education imparts teacher training mainly through a Bachelor of Education program. This is a regular full-time, two-year course with an intake of 300 seats sanctioned, thereby making the course one of the bigger courses in B.Ed in the region.
