The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has a well-equipped library and reading room with more than 7877 books on different subjects which provide ample opportunity to the students for self-study, self-enhancement, and focused learning. It remains open during college hours. The college reading room boasts a large number of Indian and Foreign journals and Periodicals in Education, Educational Psychology, Educational Sociology, Educational Planning, Educational Technology, and many more. Besides, there are Journals in Hindi, Punjabi, Science, and Social Sciences. The students can also take advantage of a variety of magazines and newspapers available in the college library. The library also has internet & Photostat facilities for students. The seating capacity of the library is more than 80 students.

The College has formed an Alumni Association of the old students of the college. All the students who have passed out from Doraha College of Education can become members. Besides the students of the Alumni Association, faculty Regular Alumni Association meets are organized on the college campus. The Alumni Association has elected President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Chairman of the college is the Patron of the Alumni Association.
