The postgraduate degree it offers is an LLM with an intake capacity of 20 seats. Degree wise Admission Process
LLB: The 3-year LLB course of DP Vipra Law College has an intake capacity of 320 seats. BA LLB: It is a 5-year integrated course with 120 seats. Students who have passed 10+2 or equivalent with the minimum percentage required (as defined by the college) are eligible. The choice is made on the basis of the merit list drawn from the marks in 10+2.
B.Com LLB: There are 60 seats available in this 5-year integrated course. Eligibility and admission procedure are the same as the BA LLB course, with special emphasis on students from commerce background.
LLM: The LLM postgraduate course has an intake of 20 seats. Candidates should have completed LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized university. Admission is merit-based, taking into account the marks secured in the LLB course.
PG Diploma Courses: Three one-year Postgraduate Diploma courses - PGD in Administrative Law, PGD in Labour Law, and PGD in Criminology and Law of Crimes - are being conducted by DP Vipra Law College. All three courses have 30 seats. A bachelor's degree in law is the minimum qualification for candidates who want to apply. The selection process is merit-based in the qualifying examination.
