Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Architecture is situated in Navi Mumbai and was founded in 1992. This affiliated college is situated in one of the rapidly developing cities of India, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra This college is approved by the Council of Architecture and hence offers proper education in this field. The college has a small area of land of 1 acres and is fully accredited for the 421 students it is privileged to serve. In total, the institute has 68 experienced faculty members to teach students in their two programmes in architecture.

The Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Architecture teaches two vital courses in the study of architecture. The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is a first level full time professional degree programme that takes five academic years, and it offers intakes 40 students annually. The college provides Master of Architecture (M.Arch) which is 2 years full-time course.
