Dr.J.K.Saikia Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital Jorhat = Established in 1975, it is well known homeopathic medical college of Assam. This affiliated college which is recognized by the Central Council of Homeopathy <CCH> has been training would-be homeopaths for nearly five decades. The college is located at an 8-acre land on a quiet environment that is appropriate for learning new things as well as personal development. Having a total strength of 171 students & having a strong teacher student ratio of 17 faculty members, the institute provides a students focused & quality education in homeopathy. This is a full time course taking six years to complete and it give student comprehensive knowledge and skills on homeopathic drugs. The college currently has permission to admit 63 students in the BHMS program from the current academic year, which managing the college has stressed to adhere to quality education, though responding to the rising number of homeopathic professionals.
