The Dr. Muscu Madhusudan Reddy College of Physical Education of Nalgonda in Telangana is a specialised College for Physical Education. This co-educational college was set up in the year 2012 and is an affiliated college recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Being located on a large area of land of 36 acres, the college provides two full time courses in physical education. Total capacity of students enrol per year is 176 and the faculty members are 15 which offers an environment conducive for learning for those students interested in physically education. Dr. Muscu Madhusudan Reddy College of Physical Education accommodates various modern facilities that are eligible to foster and enhance the necessary accomplishment of both mental and physical aspects of learning. There are well developed sports complex that serves to augment student skills in various disciplines in sports activities. The college library is a resource center which houses many books, journals and other related digital information technology on physical education and sport sciences. As much training is practical, the institute has departmental laboratories where the student practices on practicals. The campus also has a modern gym which will enable the students keep fit physically as well as learn practical aspects on physical training.

Dr. Muscu Madhusudan Reddy College of Physical Education offers two full-time courses: The academic qualifications of Bachelor of Physical Education and Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed). Each programme is structured for students to finish in two years and at the end of the programme the student will be equipped with adequate knowledge and skills in physical education.
