Master of Science in Mathematics is a two years full-time PG course offered by Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

The Department of Mathematics was established in the year 1997. The Under Graduate and Post Graduate programs were instituted in 2003 and 2006 respectively. In addition to the above, Master of Philosophy was started in the year 2011. The department inculcates good research culture and motivates the students for product development in order to meet out the expectations of the current scenario with their best performance.
