Dr. Puratchithalaivar MGR Government Arts and Science College was established in the year of 2017 and the college is situated at Kudavasal,Tiruvarur, Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college provides nearly 50 majors of undergraduate programmes in Arts and Sciences. The college has a total of seventy-three students and 5 faculties who are enough to supports the students to increase their knowledge. An institution extends 5 courses in 3 degrees and aims in providing Computer Science, Mathematics, Commerce, English, and Tamil. As a centre of learning affiliated to the government, it seeks to offer education that is effective, efficient and affordable to all the stake holders so as to produce socially, intellectually and physically developed students.
