Dr.Rajabather Tagore Women’s Teacher Training College is a premier educational institution based in Tindivanam, the Cultural capital of Tamil Nadu. The Institution is committed to prepare and build the future teachers. This women college was set up in 2005 and has been training future teachers for almost two decades. Set on a small square kilometer of an area, the college provides its 53 enroled students a concentrated learning atmosphere. The faculty strength of the institution is 7 proficient teachers and trainers and this keeps the student teacher ratio perfect for imparting quality education.

Dr.Rajabather Tagore Women’s Teacher Training College employs numerous infrastructures for the improvement of student learning. A huge library comprises of more than 5,000 eduational and allied books along with different newspapers, journals and magazines. This institution has only one main course, the Bachelor of Education  programme. This is a two-year full course with an approved admission capacity of 100 students, which is an indication of the college’s capacity to produce a volume of the future teachers every year.
