Established in the year 2006, the institute is Dr. R.G. Bhoyar Institute of Pharmacy, Wardha-an affiliated college located in Wardha, Maharashtra. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) along with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) approves this institute with a vision towards quality education in the field of pharmacy. This institute is located at NACSC Campus, Nalwadi, Nagpur Road and has curricula that focus on pharmaceutical studies. The institute has a strength of 8 faculty members and has a total number of students enrolling 137 for learning pharmacists.

The institute has a very good ambiance, which supports students to have a tendency towards judicious queries. The institute ensures that students are given all the facilities required to enhance their academic and professional profiles. The college has a well-equipped library with pharmaceutical literature and resources for the benefit of the students. Besides theoretical studies, the institute has separate departmental laboratories where students may apply practical knowledge in all areas of pharmacy. Dr. R.G. Bhoyar Institute of Pharmacy offers only one full-time course, which is the D.Pharma in Pharmacy. The intake in the programme of 60 students allows for the focused, specialised pharmaceutical studies in this two-year programme. D.Pharma had been designed to equip students with the core knowledge and skills for areas of application in the pharmaceutical field, hence career preparation in drug manufacturing, quality control and, as expected, in community pharmacy.
