Dr Virendra Swarup Institute of Computer Studies, Kanpur which is also known as VSICS Kanpur was established in the year 1989 under the aegis of Dr Virendra Swarup Educational Foundation. One of the best infrastructure in Kanpur. Well-equipped labs, A classrooms. Library for both computer application department as well as management department. Quality of food in the canteen is also good. I personally did not face any infrastructure related issues in the tenure.

The college classrooms are quite specious, each having a capacity of about 80–100 students. However, the canteen is very small and it becomes suffocated. There is no playground on campus, but the college has a personal playground outside the campus.
