DRD Mahavidyalaya is one of the leading educational Institution situated at Jalalabad,Dullahpur,Ghazipur district of U.P dedicated in imparting quality higher education. However, there is little information about the year of establishment of the college but it’s known that the college has been preparing students for a long time. As one of the premier learning institutions the institute provides for the needs of the students at both under graduate and post graduate levels across a number of disciplines. In total, Majlis offers 5 courses across 2 degrees In its endeavour, DRD Mahavidyalaya aspire to produce enlightened citizens in the Maldives and the world for present day challenges. 

About Our College The college has learning amenities that are meant to improve learning outcome of the students. A part of any learning process is the library where students are provided with all necessary tools for studying and the library at the given university embraces advanced methods and a comfortable reading hall. To students in practical subjects the college has well equipped, resourceful laboratories on departmental basis. Three major types of such labs are useful to discuss these gaps These labs are considered important for the practice because they help students transform their existing theoretical knowledge into action. As it is understood that physical development is equally essential as academic development of the students, DRD Mahavidyalaya offers different sports facilities like a playground and many other requirements and accessories necessary for maintaining a balance involving studies and sports for the students. Even following the need of modern society in ability to produce fit individuals for the technological world, the college has offered good IT facilities whereby students are empowered in competencies in IT.

Out of 5 Courses offered at DRD Mahavidyalaya, all are full time courses only. At the institute, students are offered under graduate and post graduate courses which prepare them for higher learning education. The Bachelor of Arts (BA) program is the flagship of the undergraduate programs in the college, while at postgraduate level the college offers the Master of Arts (MA) programs in Hindi, Geography, Sociology, and Pedagogy. The university approved intake for all courses offered in the college is 961 students which shows that the college has the capability of holding a number of students.
