Dream Valley College commenced its functioning in the academic year 2009-2010 as an affiliated college at Badori near NH-75, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. This college, for boys and girls, located in a campus area of 2 acres, provides a wide choice of undergraduate courses. At present with a total student enrolment of 645 and a faculty of 5 members this college is approve by National Council for Teacher Education [NCTE]. They have 8 courses offered in 7 degree programmes as the following. Business Administration, Computer Applications/Office Administration, Information Technology, Science, Education, Arts politic and Economics.

The Dream Valley College has various facilities aimed at improving learning environment and development of the students.
