DRM Science College, Devangere was instituted in 1958 with its campus at Devangere in the Karnataka state of India. These are affiliated colleges that cover around 4 acre campus, which is concentrating on offering good standard science education to the deserving students. Approved by NAAC, DRM Science College provides world class education in various disciplines of science for its under graduate students. It enables 732 students and 34 faculties to afford an adequate students-faculty ratio, which can teach and support each learner individually.

The DRM Science College possesses a vast number of facilities aimed at development of educational process for students. A library is an essential tool of learning with a fill complement of books, journals and digital resources available to the learners. Faculty wise, these laboratories are provided and help the students in practicals of many subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For those interested in sporting activities, the campus boasts of sports activities as well as gymnasiums. The college also treasures the aspect of health and student’s first aid services are offered through the on college health centre.

The DRM Science College currently has three undergraduate courses, all of which award the B.Sc degree. Such programs are B.Sc in Physics Chemistry, Mathematics, B.Sc in Physics, Mathematics, computational thinking, and B.Sc in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. All of them take three years to complete and offering the students a good grounding in the scientific disciplines of their choice.
