DRS B.Ed. College, Rewa, was established in the year of 2007 and it is an affiliated college, located in Rewa (M.P.). This co-educational institution is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) in order to provide quality education in the training of teachers. With total land area of 1 acres, the college is providing a wide range of 5 courses out of 5 degrees with total student enrolment capacity of 197. At present, the college has 35 residents faculties who are associated with the college more than creating a proficient ratio of students to teachers.

DRS B.Ed. College has developed amenities that will improve the learning experience of all students enroled in the college. A library that is well-equipped is one which contains collection which can be used by students in their studies. The facility accommodates departmental laboratories for demonstration, formative, and practical experiences in various disciplines. Because of the need to make sure that the students at the college receive proper health care, there is a provision of a health centre with basic first aid amenities. Students’ recreational physical needs are also met by having a modern gym and other sports amenities. The college also values technological growth with good information technology base, in that students competes with today’s technology. 

At present, DRS B.Ed. College has a total of five full time courses of under graduate/integrated courses. It extends education in streams like B.Ed., B.Com, BCA, B.Sc B.Ed., and BA B.Ed. 

DRS B.Ed. College has laid down certain admission procedure that meet the parameters of fairness and merit. In B.Ed., B.Sc B.Ed., and BA B.Ed., etc for admission the criteria are the marks scored in the qualifying examination and the entrance test conducted. The college also exercises any other method of selection as adopted by the government of Madhya Pradesh in this regard.
