DSN PG College at Unnao began in 1946 and is an esteemed learning institution in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. Recognised as an affiliated college it has been producing enlightened minds for over seven decades with an array of programmes in various fields of study. The total number of intakes of students in this college is 2,824 and the faculty members are 52 in number which helps the student to enhance their knowledge and personality. It provides 21 courses for the students. 

DSN PG College is equipped with a metropolitan library which is very useful to the students and instructors. Modern laboratories meet the practical learning requirements of science students; the IT infrastructure of the college helps students cope with new technological achievements is well-developed. To teach and support the 360-degree development of its students, DSN PG College also offers and promotes intercollegiate games and sports, as well as NCC and NSS programmes. College auditorium being one of the largest event halls of the college offers a premiere platform for a variety of college events and seminars thereby supporting the lively college spirit. 

Namely, DSN PG College includes such directions as undergraduate and postgraduate education, as well as doctorate programmes. The course includes conventional programmes like  BA, B.Com and B.Sc whereas it has presented new programmes like B.Sc in Computer Applications and Microbiology among others.

The admission policies of DSN PG College are fair as they allow and prefer students with better grades. In the case of undergraduate courses, the students are selected on merit scores in respect of the qualifying examination that is the +2 or any equivalent examination. In postgraduate admissions, there are times when it is mandatory to have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
