Dungarpur College of Engineering and Technology (DCET) is an affiliated college established in the year 2009 in Dungarpur of Rajasthan. At the undergraduate level, it provides various engineering courses for both male as well as female students. DCET is a small college with many infrastructure assets; the total student strength of the college is 16 and faculty of 10. At present, the college offers six courses  at two degree levels in engineering fields of specialisations. DCET’s primary purpose is to offer technical education to prospective engineers within the region.

DCET provides numerous amenities to strengthen student hood and academic experience. The college provides the students with a separate hostel for boys and girls that introduce and provide facilities such as round the clock security, resident wardens, and quality food. It also has a library section with more than 10000 books, research journals and a computer section located in the campus as well hall equipped with internet connection. Other athletic needs such as weight fitness can be availed using the sports facilities and the gym. The college also has its laboratories for practical in engineering physics, chemistry and languages.

Dungarpur College of Engineering and Technology has six programmes in total that they teach four B.Tech programmes and two diploma programmes. All the B.Tech programmes are 4-year full time programmes and diploma courses offered are full time 3 years programmes. The courses offered are B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Civil, and Mechanical, and diploma courses in Mechanical and Electrical.

The actual admission process of Dungarpur College of Engineering and Technology is highly based on entrance examinations. The admission to B.Tech programmes is offered only through JEE Main, a common engineering entrance examination conducted on national level.
