DVM College of Education, Sohna, was established in the year 2008. It is an affiliated college located in Gurgaon district, the state of Haryana, India. This co-educational institution is spread over 3 acres and is duly recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi. At present, 193 students are pursuing their studies, while the faculty strength is 6. The institution offers one degree course in the field of teacher education. 

DVM College offers facilities like a well-furnished computer laboratory with ultra-modern computers, projectors, and internet connectivity to train the student teachers in modern technologies of education. The curriculum laboratory shall serve as a full-fledged resource centre cum material, a mini-library, and an idea centre and shall adhere to all NCTE norms and provide support to students during professional education courses. The library of the college is well-maintained and has the required facilities in respect of sports and an auditorium for events and seminars. For the welfare of the students, there is a cafeteria available with basic medical facilities with a part-time doctor on call. The college has established networks with medical institutions for routine check-ups and dispensation in emergency treatments.

DVM College of Education, Sohna is offering only one full-time course: the B.Ed. Program. The course of B.Ed. intends to provide full-fledged training in teaching methodologies, educational psychology, and curriculum development. 

Admission to DVM College of Education is purely based on merit. The admission of the student will be made on the basis of his/her performance in the qualifying examination and/or Entrance examination, as per the merit list prepared for the course. In this way, the policies of the State Government of Haryana, UT administration, and the affiliated University are adhered to, hence making the admission process open and transparent.
