East N West Teachers Training College, Saharsa (est. 2010) is a guiding factor for the excellence of education in Bihar, India. This is a co-educational institution with the prime motive of nurturing future educators. The institution has a compact campus of 1 acre and is an affiliated college approved by NCTE, New Delhi. With a total student enrolment of 200 and a faculty strength of 32.

East N West Teachers Training College has two full-time courses catering to different levels of teacher education. One is the two-year program leading to the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), which is designed to prepare students for secondary and higher secondary teaching. Another is the Diploma in Elementary Education, D.El.Ed.

The East N West Teachers Training College offers merit-based admission to the B.Ed course will be made through a Combined Entrance Test (CET-B.Ed) to be conducted for all the B.Ed colleges of State Universities of Bihar. This entrance test is conducted every year by any selected State University of Bihar, according to the decision of the Governor's Secretariat. The D.El.Ed course has a different mode of admission, whereby the candidates are chosen on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examination and entrance examination, as per the policy decided by the state government/UT administration.
