Ellenki Institute of Engineering and Technology (EIET), was established in the year 2008 is one of the premier Engineering college situated in Hyderabad, Telangana. It is a co-educational institute providing a number of undergraduate engineering programmes to the students who aspire to get quality technical education. The EIET for Engineering is located in Patelguda Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak district, Andhra Pradesh, which situated a large campus. Its total student strength, as well as the total number of students enrolment is 697. The healthy number of total faculty members is 118 so there is a detailed and careful student to faculty ratio.

EIET has boasted of having well equipped learning facilities seeking to create better learning environment for the students. In its entirety, the institute provides five full-time B.Tech courses, all of which are degree programmes that take four years to complete. Some of these programmes include Electronics and Communication engineering, Computer Science engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Civil engineering, and Mechanical engineering.

The admission criterion at Ellenki Institute of Engineering and Technology mostly focusses on the scores of the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET). This is a state level entrance examination that serves as a trail for all intending engineers that wish to be admitted into any of the Engineering colleges in Telangana State.
