Being established in 1995, Emmanuel College, Vazhichal, is a well known college among other higher educational institutions located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. This affiliated colleg,e located on a 12 acre area, has been shaping young generation’s future since its establishment more than a quarter of a century. At present, Emmanuel College has a total of 1504 students and 68 faculty members strongly supporting 18 courses within 6 degree programmes for every learner interested in diverse fields of education and professions.

Emmanuel College boasts about is the teaching facilities it has put in place as part of a learner’s education. The campus has a well-stocked, modern library with over ten thousand topic-related books, over twenty periodicals and hundreds of computerised CD-ROMs. Science and technology students have modern facilities such as Electronics lab, Computer Science lab, Biochemistry and Biotechnology labs, and Geographic Information Systems lab.
